I'm naturally curvy (small waist, wide hips, & bubble butt) & i'm in NO way "plus-size".

I guess it all depends on your body frame regardless if you're "plus-sized" or thinner.

    well put and me too!!

People don't like being called a word associated with social stigma and outright discrimination? Well, I'll be.
Next thing you know, people will stop wanting to be called obese. Oh wait.

Regardless of what size you are there will always be a label on you whether you are fat, skinny, fit or just a bit chubby, there will always be a label. If you do not like the label put on you and you are not happy with your look then change it.

For me my waist is a 30, hips are 40 and chest is about 34 to 36 and I wear a size 12 pant or medium so yup I am curvy and even when I shed the last 10 lbs and develop more muscle I will still be curvy and love it.

I don't understand why there has to be a separate name for sizes past a given number. It's all just silly nonsense. For that matter so are the freakin' sizes! Why can't women have waist and inseam measurements as sizes too?! Going from a size 6 to a size 12 in a single shopping trip is just frustrating....grumble grumble /end rant

To be honest - the more overweight I got, the less curvy I was.

So I like my body better now - I actually have a waist and a neck ;-)

I agree, when I was morbidly obese I was straight, my hips and waste were connected, no curve there, now I have a nice hour glass going on.

    Oh lordy..

    I'm curvy. And fat.

    I'm losing weight.

Soon I will be curvy and thin.

    It's not that complicated.

Political correctness makes me want to vomit. Call it what you want. It doesn't change reality.
