I was working internationally as a fashion model in the 80s and was 176 cm and 58 kg. In inches, I meausred 34, 25, 35. I didn't eat much back then. Mostly sushi, raw oysters, apples, tomatoes and boiled eggs. I did quite a lot of resistance training (free weights) but my agency (Premier in London and Marilyn in Paris) used to complain I looked too muscular. In particular I remember that they used to complain that my tits looked like two steaks.

    *imagine TARDIS*

grab one of these, go back in time and choose your parents.

Most is genetic with some exercise and diet built in.

And as for some of the comments in here - wow, so it's ok to be mean* to people who are thin/tall/good looking is it?

    * this is not the word I actually want to use.

I'm guessing what I posted isn't what everyone else is seeing?

Yup. Nobody could ever actually look that good without starvation and drugs. It's impossible. All the hot girls I see have the same problem.

I started with stronglifts but then created my own workout based mainly on HST principles.

Jealousy is a universally ugly look. Seems like people here need to learn that.

As for answering the OP, my little sister looks a lot like that (only a bit shorter.) She swims, runs, and does a lot of body weight work. However, she wants to gain weight as she is definitely underweight. She's having a hard time doing that while breastfeeding right now.

Looking at the evidence of NO muscle tone...fingering is her workout

omg I can't believe some of the replies! Ladies, ladies... retract your claws and stand down! Chances are good she's 5'11" or something like that which means a.) she can eat more and b.) it looks a lot better. She probably does cardio and eats just enough to keep her from gaining. Tall people are more likely to be lean.

They probably just work out a lot and do it the right way along with eating the right amount of calories. Think about it. If we were all paid big bucks to look like this and had the resources to pay for trainers, nutritionists, etc, it would probably be much easier for us to do it. And I am sure their genetic makeup plays a part as well. I am sure they are not all doing blow. Lol.

    NO muscle tone? ok.

She has a decent amount of muscle. Look at her quad in the first picture. It's not very big, but it's there. She's probably 6ft tall and has wide hips giving her the thigh gap. She's lean and young, has thin limbs. Tall, wide hips, thin limbs = genetics not starvation or drugs.
