    I dont know if you know what crossfit is like but about halfway through you are pretty sure you are going to die, and 3/4 of the way through you wish it would just hurry up and happen :)

    Way to go :happy: I just started this yesterday, I have fibromyalgia which is very painful and i have gained some weight
    the meds dont help because they cause u to gain weight ,anyway im starting off slowly :) Good job and thanks for
