hi! i'm 21 years old, and i've just started reusing mfp recently...i restarted my weight loss journey with the idea that i didn't want to focus so much on numbers, but i wanted to have a better idea of just what i'm putting into my body. i'm currently doing shaun t's rockin body dvds and plan on incorporating c25k on some days as well! feel free to add me as a friend!0

I'm 25 years old and have NEVER been a dieter. Always been able to eat anything and everything and never gain during high school. Then I hit college and put on about 15-20 pounds over the years...I actually looked better with a little curve that I had never had. I wanted to maintain that weight of about 130-135.. Then after college my bad eating habits caught up to me big time..It's been almost 2 years since I graduated college and I am 30 pounds heavier. Went from about 137 to 167 Time to get back on track.0
