Condiments are my life. I'm nothing without a sauce to enhance my food. I'm always surprised at the lack of condiments on people's food diary.
It's like how can you eat a plain piece of chicken breast without some hot sauce or at least a sprinkle of lemon pepper. I'm dumb founded.
I'd say 75% of my fridge are condiments and the majority (well in the past) were the ones I made.0 -
My top 3:
Mayo (Hellmann's)
Honey Mustard
Durkee's Sauce
Fresh salsa
Peanut butter thai sauce
The Japanese or Chinese white sauce- I am not sure what it is called. I had it on egg rolls and it is so good. It is sweet so not bitter at all.0 -

I've always enjoyed a good chutney, on vegetables and also smeared on my SO. Sex accompanied by a good condiment is the way forward.0

1. Salsa -- I make a batch of homemade salsa every couple days.
2. A1 -- I put it on any kind of meat... soooooo good! I limit myself to twice per week because of the salt content.
3. Hellman's light mayo -- I prefer the original but too much fat.
I love so many different condiments but I've learned that they just aren't worth the extra fat/salt/sugar and losing weight is more important to me than making every meal taste its best.0 -
