I just started this journey late August and ready to DO IT. I am 5'4" and my starting weight was 250, Please feel free to add me. Not sure what I currently weight because I am not doing the weekly weigh in thing, not trying to run a race to get there by a certain time. Just trying to make it to the goal in a healthy way. Taking one step at a time , logging daily and trying hard to stay focused on what I am eating and my portions. I have decided to do what I know will keep me focused and frequent weigh ins will only discourage me if I don't lose. Scheduled for my annual late October and will weigh then. My next scheduled weigh in is scheduled for December 31,2013. :flowerforyou: :bigsmile:0

Hi I am looking to lose 100+ lbs. I am currently starting over after 6 months of personal stuff. I am now gluten free since Oct 1. So this is where my journey continues. I have just started again.....Work and family life always seems to get in the way. But have been eating healthy again for a week and exercising. I lost 9.4 lbs this week....which I don't expect to continue, I think it was mostly water weight lost in the first few days. I would like to loose 70-80lbs. I don't think l'll ever reach the weight I was in my 20s and early 30s again (125#), but would like to get down to 130-140lbs.
SW (this week): 219.8 lbs
CW 210.4 lbs
Goal Weight: 163 (upper limit of normal for my height)
Ultimate Goal Weight: 130

But goal one is 90 lbs to get to 180 lbs. I've never been that weight my entire adult life so it would be a huge feat!

Although this topic is a month old, I too am trying to lose 100+, almost 200, even. Started out as 295, then three months later I'm 3 shy from making it to 250. Also, just as WalkingForWar said, new friends are always welcomed, not just for the OP either!
