On the left: July 2012 at nearly 200 lbs. On the right: last month (in a Pirates of the Caribbean costume/makeup, lol) nearly 35 lbs down. Same pic as in my profile - I don't take too many selfies. That was almost 5 lbs ago

Before was around 298 in April 2011, and the after is in May 2013 around 215 after I gained about 15 pounds of what I lost back. I'm back in the saddle now, and finishing that last 40 pounds.
