OK, I'm in, Labor day happens to fall on my 35th birthday this year!
Starting weight on MFP back in January- 217lbs-YUCK!!!

Ok so Update.
Currently I am at 179.2 so I lost 4.4 lbs this week, yeah, but I have been working extra hard as we have our engagement party sunday and I have not seen a lot of these people in months. I should slow back down to the healthy rate the rest of the challange or not well see.
update, 2 weeks down. My cuurent weight is 178.9, so 4.7 down. I had a fun weekend but had to re lose 2 o the 4.4 from the week before. It was our engagement party though and my friend and I were up the night before making/eating cookies.

Made it through the weekend without temptation. I even made my famous no bake cookies and didn't eat one (just a few crums)!
I've lost 2 pounds since starting my lifestyle change and on track to meet my Labor Day Goal as well as final weight goal! :bigsmile:

Happy Monday. I have lost one pound since signing up for this challenge so I'm at 163. My eating is back on track and I have upped my cardio. Feeling better in general and looking forward to some positive results!0
