    To make it to at least 8 yoga classes and 8 Orange Theory Classes!!

    Keep on losing at least .5 lbs a week.
    Go to the gym at least 2 time a week and burn off minimum 500 calories each time
    Go clothes shopping for some smaller clothes for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and a wedding

    Lose weight at very slow pace, Concentrate more in strength training and build it up slowly.

    not gain any weight actually ... I like losing weight, but in reality I am at a normal weight and holidays are coming up so staying were I am will be good. I love food and family gatherings :smile:

    Hell at this point it's 1 damn pound! I haven't lost anything all month.

    I hear ya. I'm in the same boat!! If I don't gain, I'll be happy. But, I'll be happier if I can lose 4 lbs.

    I want to keep up with the exercise plan I have working out twice a day (strength training). Losing a ton more inches. 3.5 inches total in the last week. And losing at least 7 lbs. Will put me at 40 lost. :-) and to survive Thanksgiving especially the yams.

    My goal starting sunday night is to
    -go to bed by 12am
    Wake up at 7 and stay up
    Do 20 min of cardio before BF
    Go out and get more walking done
    Start my new plan and follow it through end of year
    Eat calories that count!
    Eat out once every 2 weeks or longer
    Cut down on iced coffees! Cant be good for my teeth :-/

    Lets start 2014 fit and strong and loving our bodies!! :-)

    30 Day Shred every day this week. This means getting up at 5:00 on the week days so that I can still get my running in after work. My motivation is the company Christmas party on December 6th!

    would like to lose between 5.5lbs and 7lbs this would take me to 140lbs and under and then within 7lbs of my mini goal!

    Going on a 7 day cruise on the 16th, so my goal for November is to not weigh more on Dec 1 than I do today.
