Hi all. This is the 10 month anniversary of my weight loss journey, and I'm proud to say I've lost 176.8 pounds. I've done this 100% naturally. I first shared my story here-
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1033823-from-420-2-pounds-to-298-4-pounds-in-six-months-pics
I'm 6'3", and when I began this journey 10 months ago, I weighed 420.2 pounds. I now weigh 243.4 pounds.
I've continued with my rigorous nutrition plan, and have began introducing myself to some light exercise. I've said that 2013 has been my year of nutrition, and 2014 is going to be my year of fitness.
I only have 23.4 pounds to lose before I reach my goal weight of 220 pounds. My friends here of been great, and I've learned a lot and get inspired by all of you each day. Keep up the great work!

Awesome!! I can imagine how you feel. I am 8 days from my 10 month anniversary and have dropped 133 lbs (350 on Jan 9th, 216 last monday). My goal is 200 and it's finally close. Haven't been there since my military days 20+ years ago. I'm always looking for nutrition ideas. Any particular foods you find most helpful keeping you satisfied?
I wish MFP allowed foods or diarys to be shared. You can look but can't see the individual details on someone else's diary.0 -

Dude..That is freakin' awesome! So glad to see this. Currently, I'm over 400, don't know by how much though, the scale at the gym only goes to 400lbs, and I'm looking to get down to about 220. I'm a bit shorter than you, only 5'10 or 5'11, depending on how the convenience store tape is hung, but I'd be ecstatic about 220, hell I'd be ecstatic about 250, haven't been 250 since I was about 14 years old. Awesome job man! Would love to hear more about your story and what all you did to come so far. Thanks for sharing this!0

That is great! I basically eat the same thing everyday. Low calorie foods that are filling. I only eat about 1,250 calories a day, which is somewhat controversial and not for everyone, but it has worked for me. I have an open diary, and you are welcome to look at it.0 -
Amazing Accomp Poster! We're all proud!
You've been doing quite well yourself! I'm not sure I would have been successful without friends like you.0 -
