Well I don't have any goals except to stay fit. I am an injured runner. My bicycling is my second sport. I may post a pic sometime but I ride in my 5th Wheel Camper located in my driveway. I get up at 4am and ride around 5:30. If its really cold I go out & turn the heat on in the camper.

I have been watching BLACK SABBATH LIVE CONCERTS from YOUTUBE on my LCD TV and listening to it loud for the rides.
* Last run, pulled either upper Achilles or Calf. Either way, I've done this before and it's nasty But it doesn't hurt biking. The walk was a Walk of the Wounded - dejectedly going back home.
Staying fit in the winter in the northern part of the USA is always a challenge. So thanks for this.0 -
I am new to this but I requested a bike for my birthday on Nov 1 and, lo and behold, I got one! I haven't ridden a bike seriously in years. To "accompany" my new bike, I bought a speedometer so I could gauge what I was doing daily.
My real goal is time versus miles. I've ridden at least 1/2 hour 6 days a week since I got the bike. Since I got the speedometer, I've ridden almost 50 miles in 5 hours and 30 minutes!
My goal is to ride about 30 - 60 minutes, 6 days a week and to try to get to 150 miles by the end of November. I don't know if I'll get out during Thanksgiving because of out of town guests, but I'll try.0 -

I'm a cycler from Australia - I just finished a fund raiser for Children Cancer and had a blast with my team and found so many great new places in my neighbourhood, so intend to keep at it ... however I work in Asia and am away about 50% of my time and for November I am in Indonesia visiting villages in Sumba, Lombok and South Sulawesi so no bike - basically bumping this for when I am home in December and January!
