Thanks for this challenge, it's been perfect for motivating me to get back to regularly being active after my surgery. I'm so motivated that I'm constantly wanting to do more, but I know I have to be careful not to push to much too fast. But it feels great being back in this mindset again.

Added 5 miles today on the elliptical machine. For those people who have problems with higher impact workouts such as jogging, it's ideal! Plus you get more of a burn for the time you put in. 5 miles = over 500 calories (for me at my age and height.)
