    Uh - Mazing!

    I'm a huge fan of both cauliflower AND pizza ... and this just blew my mind!

    Think i'll give this a go, can anyone enlighten me as to roughly how much a cup of riced cauliflower would weigh though? Being from the UK I haven't got the hang of measuring in cups.

    the before pic looks gross but the cooked pic looks delish !!!!!! i could eat all that right now !!! lol

    being from the UK I have never heard of egg beaters ??? did u put herbs in too ?

    Oh maudy, that looks amazing. I love substitutes like this, not just for the sake of calories, but changing up nutrition. Cauliflower is so yummy already and there are so many amazing uses for veggies that we don't think of.

    ok to answer some questions a cup = 250ml if that helps? or 8oz

    egg beaters are cartoned egg whites

    and yes there's some oregano and parsley but the green you see is because i made cauli-rice yesterday with broccoli in it so that ended up in my crust lol!
