  • I have already challenged myself to lose 10 to 14 pounds by December 14th, having began last month. joining a group in another challenge can't hurt. I'm with you all. :wink:

    I am ready to join a challenge. I sure could use the motivation to get moving. I have slipped up this year gaining weight since I quit smoking. I'm needing to get a healthy grasp to the new year!

    Nice! Can do most of the workout stuff at work for a bonus. Maybe less guilt too.

    I'm slacking and having schedule issues and it's really bothering me. It's not like the "oh I just don't want to" slacking... it's the "I just worked 8 hours, was up 12 more following and got 4 hours before work again today" sort.

    Fighting a head cold and having a hungry day. Already ate an entire bag of celery but it didn't help much. At least I got a work out in this morning.

    Good job! I woke up early, did some yoga and took a walk during my lunch. I've already lost 2.4 lbs this month (I just started though, so it is probably water weight.) But I think I'll be on track for my goal of 2.5 more lbs by Xmas!

    Update fro me! I've not managed to log for a few days as I have been crazy busy. But am hanging in here. Lost 1.8lbs - less than I was hoping for December 7th... But still some time to go.

  • I've lost nearly 3lbs since I first posted on the 27th of Nov!!
    Just over two weeks to go, I'm hoping to lose another 2lbs before christmas....
