The Plain Popcorn Diet
Popcorn is a whole grain and a good source of fiber. For 1 whole meal a day, you can only eat plain popped corn-no salt or butter.
The Eat-Your-Weight Diet
You can eat as many grams as you weigh every other day. i.e. if you weigh 200 pounds, you can only eat 200 grams of food-but you get to choose what (you'll get a lot of spinach, or very little cheese). On your off days, you can go hog-wild and eat whatever and however much you want. You won't have problems this way because you're reminding your body every other day that you are working on your weight.....
The Quarter Cup Diet
You can eat whatever you want as long as it is in 1/4 cup increments. This way, you don't overeat "bad" foods like pizza and hamburgers, and you'll get more essential vitamins and minerals from other foods such as flax seeds, chia seeds, and butter.0 -

I should be focusing on minute details like eating every 2.5 hours and making sure I don't eat any carbs and flush out any
toxins with a juice cleanse... No sugar or fat either. Sounds like a better plan0 -

I'm going to guess it will be a no-acid-fruit diet. When I eat fruits such as oranges or pineapples, I will get canker sores if I dont brush my teeth or use mouthwash afterwards, so acid fruit must be terrible for you. Also, studies have shown that fruit in acid can eat away at tooth enamel, so imagine what it must be doing to our insides!!! Then I will perform a very biased, and extremely "patchy" study that will conclude that all acid fruit is bad for you, and if you do not avoid it, you will get migrane headaches, develop severe nerve damage and have a mental breakdown.
Farewell lemons, berries, oranges and other acidic fruits! You will no longer be allowed to fill me with your infectious poisons anymore!!

The chew but don't swallow diet. You are permitted to chew all the food you want but have to spit it out and swallow nothing solid, only liquids such as a protein shakes or smoothies.

The Teenage Boy Diet. I rent you my teenager and you take him with you to any restaurant you choose. Order whatever you want, and my son will nibble all the fatty, salty, delicious bits out of your dish, leaving you only the healthy parts. You stay thin, and the teenager with the blast-furnace metabolism takes the nutritional hit for you.0
