Alternate between Vibrams and Nike running shoes.0

I am currently using Brooks Ravena 4 and I love them. Great on my knees0
-
I have two pair of nike air maxes that I rotate on the road. They give me the cushion and support I need for outdoor running.
I have a pair of nike free run xt for the treadmill.0 -
Adidas Supernova's baby.
Super jelly of the dude who has 5 pairs of running shoes. I can't even run right now because my one pair are worn out and we can't afford to replace them. :sad:0 -
I have two pairs of Asics that I rotate between, depending on if I think I'll do more running (ASICS Gel-Nimbus 14) or walking that day (ASICS Gel-Kayano). I could use the Kayano for all of the above, but I scored a great deal at Sports Chalet on the Gel Nimbus.0

New Balance Minimus Trail. Two pair. They have changed my life!0

Brooks, Brooks, and more Brooks.
I've got 5 pairs:
Brooks Ravenna 4's (2 pairs - one's about on it's last leg) - this is my go-to shoe for anything. I typically wear it on all of my long runs.
Brooks Pure Cadence 2 - this is my semi-minimalist shoe that I wear on shorter runs. I've tried a few longer runs in them and just don't like them as much.
Brooks Pure Cadence 3 - same use as the Pure Cadence 2
Brooks Cascadia 7 - For trail running (which unfortunately I don't do much of in the winter)
I do find it funny - before I started running, I had never in my life spent over $100 on shoes. In fact like $60 was probably the most I spent...and now I have 5 (+1 retired pair not included here), $100+ running shoes.0 -
I use brooks for winter gortex lined Ghost GTX or the Adreline series and for the warmer weather I wear new balance 8600
-
Adidas Trailrunners. Feels like I'm running on a cloud :happy:0
-
Brooks Beast. But I don't run. Arthritis in both feet prevents that.
I love the support for my foot for workouts and walking.
Also trying a pair of NB Trail Runners.
I also use Oboz hiking boots for walking.0 -
Vibram five fingers0
-
Brooks Glycerin 100
-
New Balance. I actually won them at a 5K and they are very comfy. Will probably get another pair when these are done.0
-
Some brand of Avias, and I love them!0
-
Brooks Trance for longer distances
Mizuno Wave Precision for short runs
An old pair of Saucony Rides for runs where it's raining/snowing/or muddy
I'm a total running shoe junkie so I probably have 10+ pairs of running shoes somewhere in my apartment. I can't bear to throw them out even if they're not fit for running anymore.0 -
Brooks for pavement. Hokas for trail. Head to a specialty shop where they can analyze your gait and get you fitted properly.
I can't believe you are the only person so far to mention Hokas. Love my Stinsons to death. I think I want to be buried in them.0 -
Brooks' Ravenna 3. (Getting a pair of Ghost 6's for Christmas!)0
-
Vibram five fingers
This.0 -
New Balance V3 860's. Plenty of support for a fat guy like me
New Balance V3 860s. Plenty of support for me too!0 -
My everyday running shoes are Mizuno Wave Rider 16 (I had mine before Wendy Davis made them cool, lol!).
I have a pair of Newton Gravity that I rotate in every so often. My retired shoes are Brooks Ghost. Not sure what I'll get next. I'll be due for a pair in a month or so.0
