Like most other posters have said, bigger portions. I track my calories and do my best to keep it within the days range.

I don't like the thought that I can't have anything because then I'll just crave it and eat like there's no tomorrow.

    Pop.

Haven't had it in over 6 months.

Totally this .. and junk food. I have been faithful except for 1 chocolate bar (yes it was good). Don't miss the pop at all. the junk food is a struggle. I just don't go down that aisle at the store anymore.

I gave up soda, iced tea, just about any sugary drink, and I gave up on food that comes in packaging (frozen foods, chips, etc). I only eat stuff I know is healthy for me. And I go no where near fast food.

Eating until I was full all the time, junk food, big portion, laziness, public transportation.

This is my second go around (got to goal weight once and starting over again now) and I've never given up anything.

    Moderation is key!

I gave up baking with white flour, white sugar. Have since found new, healthier versions of the same treats (black bean brownies, say) that use NO flour. It's a treat to eat them, do not feel deprived, and the weight I wanted to lose has stayed off. Never going back to "old" ways of baking--not when healthy versions taste as good, sometimes even better!

I feel like I gave up a Freedom, why should I have to pay attention to what I eat.. Never had to before.. Then reality slapped me in the face ..

so now I think, all I gave up was... Eating the WHOLE bag of chips, Candy bars, My mini Ben & Jerry;s, Midnight mindless eating.. oversized Portions ( i thought they were normal).. Trying to regain my "freedom' with my healthy choices.
