    of course in no particular order...

    continue exercising and eating in moderation
    continue being accountable
    reach my weight goal by my next birthday, August 31st
    get back to running, with that said I would love to run a 5k before the end of Spring
    in June - for my next yearly physical - have stellar blood work results
    re-build my photography business
    build a mini gym in my basement (more free weights, a bench, etc)
    have another year with my mom who is currently battling cancer. She IS what keeps me going.

    Build more muscle, become addicted to squats and be consistent without it being a chore. lol

    1-stop obsessing about my weight
    2- 300lb deadlift
    3-175lb back squat
    4-eat more to keep my metabolism healthy

    In 2013, I reached my goals. I lost weight and kept a daily blog.

    In 2014, I want to maintain my weight or even lose a little more to have a flat stomach. I want to also continue writing in my blog.

    I would love to be at my goal weight of 140 - 150 by my birthday in August. I want to maintain my diet and exercise regimine to get there... No soda, Low sodium....

    For 2013:
    1. Lose 50lbs. Granted, I started in July, but I did it!
    2. Start College. Also did that late in the game.

    For 2014:
    1. Be able to post a Success Story when I lose half the weight for my goal. (Barely 30 away!)
    2. Lose 42.1 by July 16 so I can say "I lost 100lbs in a year."
    3. Go horseback riding for accomplishing Goal 2.
    4. Graduate College. Halfway done!
    5. Get a job in the career I want!

    I would like to lose 20 lbs by July, but since it took me a year and a half to lose the first 20, I doubt if it will happen. Don't know if I have the willpower to accomplish it, but I will try, and hope for the best

    I want to be MORE ACTIVE. I was more active when I first started losing weight nearly 100 lb ago, but I have lost some of my motivation the smaller I become. I know that for health and fitness I need to be more active!! I can't wait for spring, or even Jan 1...but will become more active immediately...I already began yesterday with a long walk, washing my car by hand, and hours of deep-cleaning my home.

    As for weight loss...I would like to get down to 180 in 2014. Perhaps 170-175. Then possibly I can determine my "final" goal weight.

    I reached all of my health and fitness goals this year!

    For 2014 I want to:

    - Continue to maintain
    - Continue to briskly walk 4+ miles 5+ days per week
    - Do a side split (almost there!)
    - Do 10 pull-ups in a row (stuck at 5 now)
    - Complete ChaLEAN Extreme for the 3rd time
    - 10K Run
    - Run an unofficial half marathon
    - Hike up Mount Royal in Montreal!

    Goals:

    1. My first one seems pretty popular!: I'd like to be at my goal weight by my birthday (thats another 24 pounds by 4/20).
    2. I'd like to run a 10K in under an hour.
    3. Bikini this summer... ;)
    4. Figure out my maintenance calories without too much trial and error.

    I guess to just get back on it. I feel like i lost 30 and went on maintenance mode. Im no where near at my goal weight.

    My main fitness goal is to run a marathon in under 4 hours 10 minutes.

    1) Get my half marathon time under 1:45 (8:00 pace), currently at 1:47
    2) Get to my goal weight (less than 10 lb away!)
    3) Get used to maintaning and stopping the 15 lbs or so that I've been gaining/losing the past several years

    Work on more upper body strength.

    To do 10 pull-ups, can't do any right now. :grumble:

    I set goals all the time too. I want to lose weight of course, but my goal is to make long term decisions and changed my eating.
