    I missed a few runs in the last week due to bad weather and a busy schedule, but have next week off work so I plan to get back on schedule. Might not make my goal this month but it will be close.

    12/1 - 6 miles

    Today is a rest day for me so no running. I wanted to update everyone that I will be starting a January Challenge. I will create a new thread at the end of the week after Christmas and post the link in this thread. So keep an eye out for that if you are interested.

    I'm in. Signed up for my first half at the end of April! Following the sub 2:30 plan from Runkeeper which has me set to run more than 70 Miles this month. Gulp! That's going to be ambitious for me! :ohwell:

    Me too! I'm running my first Half on March 23. Only did 16 miles this week but will be at 21 next week. Just started training with a 1/2 mar. class last week. Did 6 yesterday. I'm so tired but scheduled for 5 today.

    Missed some runs this month until I started my actual half-mar class last week. Did 16 miles this week. Scheduled for 21 next week. Also cross training 3 x wk. Pretty tired. My goal race is the Dallas Rock N Roll Half Mar 23.
