Well to lose the last few pounds or close to it by my 30th birthday on Feb. 9th 2014, and to continue to treat my body better To not put any of the weight back on that I have lost this past year which is 33 lbs. as of today To try and keep up on my logging and exercise more0

My goal is to get back on track after all the Christmas parties. I have lost 22 pounds since the end of July but I want to lose 15 more by Easter. Cheer me on. This past month has been very difficult0

I'm trying to maintain now - so I plan on staying on this path!
I ran my first 5km race this past October - I plan on doing more races -perhaps a 10k is in my future?!0 -

I want to be a size 12 before my birthday in August and by the end of the year, I'd like to have reached my weigh goal of 150 or my size goal of a US 10.0

I guess my goals could be resolutions:
1. 18-20% BF
2. size 6 jeans
3. Rock shorts and feel confident in them(it's been a while since I've worn anything other than capris or maybe like Bermuda shorts)
4. 120-124 lbs(currently 139-40)0 -
Well, I've never really made a resolution before, but this one I know I will stick to.
So far this year I've lost 110lb, my goal is to have lost 154lb.
My resolution is to keep up the diet/exercise, get to my goal weight, and hopefully ultimate goal (140lb).0 -
Wow! I think that everyone is going to be inspiring this year. Great resolutions. Mine is simple....have good glucose readings, and get rid of diabetes. I would like to laugh more, enjoy little things and perhaps go back to work.0

Finish my Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering.
Start a Master's Degree in Mining
And to loose weight ofcourse! I'm aiming for about 55 lbs(25 kg)

I'll be starting Turbo Fire's 90 Day Challenge. I also have a 10k to train for. Really want to make exercise a daily thing for me, no excuses!0

I'm diabetic, so I'd like to recover from the Metabolic Syndrome:
Metabolic syndrome is a disorder of energy utilization and storage,
diagnosed by a co-occurrence of 3 out of five of the following medical conditions:
abdominal (central) obesity,
elevated blood pressure,
elevated fasting plasma glucose,
high serum triglycerides, and
low high-density cholesterol (HDL) levels.
The metabolic syndrome increases the risk of developing cardiovascular disease,
particularly heart failure, and diabetes.
All of my blood tests for these medical conditions have improved
since I've lost 47+ pounds. I want to be able to DROP
all the medications for those conditions.
I'd also like to lose 110 more pounds, so that
I'll no longer need cortisone shots in my knees,
nor be a candidate for double knee replacement surgery.
Along the way, I want to find activities which won't stress my knees.

4. Get back into reading (101+ book goal)
5. Work on my own book consistently0 -
1) Not have to shop at the fat girl store by the end of the year.
2) Read more poetry.
