Hard to imagine what you could eat on such a diet!0
-
-
hahahaah ya no heroin or cocaine lol0

Don't forget to but their special product: BarleyMax! and eat it for every meal.... :grumble:
I do have to add: I'm not a fan of extremely restictive diets, but if a person is very overweight and switched from say, an all fast-food, high calorie diet to a mostly raw vegan diet, they probably would see some pretty rapid weight loss and some health benefits...0 -
they have a recipe for vegan hot dogs......i think i just puked a little0
-
people are also stopping their chemo treatments because of this0
-
well there goes my back up plan! lol im running out of options here....0 -
people are also stopping their chemo treatments because of this
yeah... I probably wouldn't stop those...0 -
What's left to eat? Of course you'll lose weight if you don't eat anything, ever.0

What in the ***?! This is just a clever way to promote the cotton ball diet, cause that's all that's left to eat after reading the "Do not eat this" list.
Also, according to this "diet", I should be dead by now. :laugh:0 -
Sooo... clean eating veganism?0

Those people will probably be hearing the Halleluiah chorus very soon... if you believe in such things.0 -

"All animal-source foods are harmful to the body and are the cause of up to 90% of all physical problems."

Looks like they have products and recipes too.
A friend eats "clean" because her husband had a heart attack and the doctor put him on a clean eating diet, and it's just easier for her to follow along. She loves it.
I wouldn't do it because I don't think any foods are good or bad, unless the doctor told me I had to for some health reason.0 -
They lost me at no caffeine or alcohol!0
-
Right in the first section (beverages) no coffee would be a deal breaker for me.0

hahahahaah0 -
it's a vegan diet...I'm all for eating better, but I fall asleep at work without my coffee and I am a meat eater...0
-
I firmly believe that if your diet needs a website to explain its conditions and/or benefits, you probably shouldn't be following it.0
