1 Cup Frozen Mixed Fruits. 3 lb bag from Sam's. Don't need to add ice.
    1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Tbls Plain Non Fat Yogurt

Add a little more milk as needed for consistency.

Chocolate Advocare, handful of frozen strawberries, half of ripe banana, handful of ice, 8 oz water.

Anything other than Advocare tastes like pancake batter,
    yuck.

I usually have a base of:
Banana, handful of spinach, protein powder

Then I'll add one of the following depending on what I have and feel like:
    Berries, peanut-butter, ice-cream, yogurt, etc.

I prefer adding coconut milk as my liquid but use what you like.

I really like using 1 banana, 2 TBS of peanut butter (or almond butter), 1 cup of chocolate milk (either lowfat chocolate milk or chocolate coconut or almond milk), and a few ice cubes.

Frozen strawberries and blueberries, Kale, nonfat greek yogurt, ground flax seed.

I add fresh when available with the frozen.

I use frozen fruit insteead of ice so the ice does not dilute the flavor.

    My family loves it.
  • Kefir or almond milk

I had to share...yesterday I put a big handful of spinach leaves in my blueberry, almond milk, protein powder drink. I blended it and I was amazed! It curbed my hunger for hours. It tasted great I promise. Try it. We'll all be better off if we add the dark greens to our smoothies. I'm buying a big bag of it today.
