I started my day with cardio with a Zumba class (only 3 of us there this morning) - tomorrow will be working with a trainer.. What have you done or plan to do to this first day of the new year?

I did Upper-body and Core, plus heavybag training and finished with 100 jumping jacks. Planning to do yoga later this evening.

Not sure if I will. Either I'm getting sick, or two beer yesterday afternoon gave me a binge drinking type hangover today.

Once my motrin kicks in, I'll start with some walking, then see if I can run out this sickness, whatever it is.

Gym closed here too so will be doing abs torture via Tapout DVD here in a bit. It's a 16min set of hell so I might torment myself and do it twice lol. Tomorrow gym is back on, unless snow starts early and then I've got my workout right there with the 60ft x 10 wide of street parking.... and then the 75 of driveway... and walks and stairs lol

Why, yes I did. I ran a 4 miler at the army post this morning. It was slow but I ran the entire thing. Quite an accomplishment for me.

I did a 60 second plank at midnight because my whole family was asleep and I had no one to kiss. Then I did 45 minutes of weights this morning.
