I don't have many before pictures, but I wanted to share my success so far. I began on August 1 2013 at 249 pounds, joined MFP a few weeks later. As of today, I am at 189 pounds! I still have a long way to go, but I'm encouraged with my loss so far.

    Thank you all! I am 5'7" and I carry almost ALL my weight in my stomach. And boobs. They have not experienced the shrinkage everyone said would happen haha.

    I'm the opposite. I carry all my weight in my butt and legs, and my poor breasts have lost so many inches. lol

    Ohhh..You look amazing! I started at the same weight and its slowly but surely getting smaller..

    What an impressive amount of weight you've lost so far. You are really working hard and it shows in your photos! I bet your body is feeling the difference. Keep up your hard work, as it's paying off! If you have any health issues such as blood pressure or blood fats having snuck upwards in the past, losing the weight can really help drop those as well. Congratulations on your success, and best of luck to you in reaching your goal!
