Somewhat simple, I'm thinking a grilled cheese of Alpine Lace on Ezekiel bread and some spinach. Maybe tomato bisque on the side!0

My weekly weight in is tomorrow, so I wont go crazy, but I will be doing bake in bag pork chops green beans and pasta for the wif and kiddo, and I will probably just end up cutting up a porkchop into a small salad, so about 3-5oz pork chop with 1.5-2 cups salad 2 tbs italian dressing, a pinch of shredded cheese.0
