Toss up between the chili I made yesterday or the veggie soup I made yesterday... will probably depend on which container I grab out of the fridge first when I get home from the gym

Tonight it's salad greens, a few pistachios, and some balsamic vinaigrette ...... then "Italian night" ...... hot sausage & sweet sausage, slowcooked with tomato puree, diced tomatoes, green peppers, chopped onions and seasonings ...... over small portion of pasta ...... a sprinkle of parmesan ...... and a gorgeous glass of wine :drinker:

    Bon appetit !

What's your recipe for the tomato basil soup? Sounds good!

So freakin' excited. I'm not even gonna care that I'm there in my gym clothes.

I made a stew-type thing with onion, potato, celery, carrot, tomatoes, lentils, and garbanzo beans, seasoned with cinnamon, turmeric, fresh ginger, cayenne, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. It was very good!

Considering it was 13 degrees in TEXAS this morning, we are having homemade Pho soup with tofu. A little much sodium, but otherwise, low on calories and high in veggies!
