    The hardest part for me is remembering that one bad meal or one bad day doesn't mean complete failure. Also, I battle depression, so some days it is very hard for me to get motivated to work out. But honestly, getting healthier has improved my depression more than anything else I have ever tried!

    WOW, what an amazing transformation so far!!!

    I started Sept 19th (but the first 2 weeks was with Weight watchers, so i officially started around Sept 30 on MFP) I am down 33lbs since then, but HOLY HECK I would love to be down 60 in the 5 months like you :)

    truly an inspiration!!!!
