    What's your favorite bread?

    It depends on what I'm using it for or eating it with. Generally I prefer hearty whole grain breads.

    I miss bread. I truly loved it, and can no longer eat it... boo. My favorite was ciabatta bread, but sourdough was a close second, and those nice little warm rolls at Texas Roadhouse, with the cinny butter....

    I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE ciabatta bread! I'm also a sucker for croissants. :tongue:

    Yeah croissant is my #1, but at 300 calories a pop, I haven't had one in a year!

    Ewwww! Sourdough people! :P I like the multigrains with nuts and seeds. When in college, I would eat an entire loaf of french bread in 1 meal....

    There is a place here that bakes amazing brick oven bread... you haven't lived until you've tried it.

    I make bread in my bread machine every Sunday. I'd say my favorite is this multi-seeded white bread--sunflower,flax,black sesame, regular sesame and poppy seeds. It goes equally well with sweet things as it does with savory. Thats what I like the most about it--its versatility.

    Fresh baked any type of bread.. Man even when I walk into king soopers and smell the fresh bread it's torture not to throw it in my cart.. and worse torturous if I do and then have to wait until I get home to devour it.. i dont' eat bread very often.. but when I do.. it's epic

    I have been making my own lately. I love a good italian bread, whole wheat for sandwiches, honey wheat rolls, and rosemary bread, but if I had to choose, pumpernickel is my alltime favorite.
