What do you eat for breakfast?

This morning it's a Bel-Vita breakfast cookie, an apple and a hard boiled egg. Oh yeah and coffee. Gotta have the coffee.0

I don't - the sooner I eat the more I want to eat. Don't normally have any food until around 12-1 pm.0

Eat your biggest meal when it suits YOU. Don't pay attention to other people's "shoulds "....find your own. (Except the whole calorie deficit thing...that one is for real)
For breakfast today I had banana pancakes....one ripe banana, one egg, one egg white, 1/4 cup oatmeal and a sprinkle of cinnamon, process smooth, cook. Four yummy pancakes! Many days I make pumpkin oatmeal, or I have a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich...fast, easy, tasty!0 -
I just had 3 scrambled eggs and 5 pieces of bacon :-D0

Since losing weight, I don't eat cereals or anything sweet for breakfast now, much prefer my 2 slices of Nimble toast (no marg/butter), 1 poached egg, grilled mushrooms, tinned tomatoes and 1 Quorn sausage0

2 hard-boiled eggs, 2 strips bacon, 2 cups coffee, 1 banana. Convenient because I am lazy, and I can make a week's worth of eggs and bacon at one time, and fridge the rest.
My doctor insists on the banana, otherwise it's pretty low carb.0 -

When I am really good, 2 or 3 protions of VEG and a couple of eggs/steak/chicken breast
More often than not Coffee and a Muffin0 -
It doesn't matter when or how much you eat at a time as long as you are under your calorie goal for the day. I typically eat 2 breakfasts - some egg whites and cheese before I work out and a yogurt parfait or egg sandwich on an English muffin after I work out. I'm hungry when I get up in the morning and need food in my stomach but not too much before I work out and then I'm hungry after my workout. That's just me and the way I do it. My biggest meal is usually dinner.0

Great idea's, Thank you0

I"m not big on breakfast, it takes me a couple of hours after I wake up to get hungry. So I make refrigerator oatmeal.
1/2 cup oats
1/2 milk
1/2 yogurt
1 splenda
all mixed in a leak proof container and place it in the fridge overnight which softens the oatmeal. I eat it at work whenever I get hungry.0 -
Not being vaguely culinary, Tim Horton's Turkey Sausage Sandwich with egg white, cheese and english muffin. 290 calories.0

Fat-free Greek yogurt (Fage is my favorite!) and two hard boiled eggs...almost every morning. Oh, and coffee. Must have coffee!0

1/4 cup oat bran mixed with 1/2 cup old fashioned oats. I mix in vanilla whey protein and a fruit of some kind. Keeps me full for ages.0

Sometimes eggs with smoked salmon.
Sometimes eggs on toast
Sometimes bacon, eggs, avocado.
Breakfast is one of my favourite meals.0 -

I had peanut butter protein pancakes with almond slices mixed in and lathered in two servings of chocolate PB2. Oh and a coffee. Some mornings I have oatmeal with two servings of PB2 in it. I used to have Greek yogurt with dark chocolate granola in it but I got bored0

A protein smoothie.
The constants: non-fat plain Greek yogurt, banana, whey protein powder, ground flax seed.
The variables: my fruit of the day...strawberries, mangoes, blueberries, cherries, whatever my little hear desires.
OH and coffee. I have to have my coffee.0 -
I'm a creature of habit. Right now it is Greek yogurt with a piece of fruit and my red bull. Today I had 2 scrambled eggs and my yogurt because i'm working from home.0
-
I normally swap between a bowl of organic pumpkin flax raisin cereal with 1/2 cup of Organic 2% milk or have 1 egg with a 1/2 cup of irish steel cut oats or have a very fruit and veggie packed protein smoothie0
-
Today I had a sausage link with one egg and fruit mix (50mg of fresh pineapple and 2 large strawberries diced) w/ a cup of green mint tea (unsweet).0
-
I had a half cup of quinoa with a tbsp of maple syrup, cinnamon, and topped with bananas. It's my favorite!0

Usually a Greek yogurt and two slices of veggie bacon and fruit. I just started Monday with MFP, and really watching what im eating is making me more aware. I had needed to loose for a while but the 4 pounds I put on over christmas were a big trigger for me. Hopefully by next Monday I will be down a pound or two0

Cereal with fruit and skim milk mostly, sometimes what I call breakfast salsa muffins (whole grain English muffin, salsa, a few teaspoons of cheddar cheese), and sometimes a few squares of pumpkin ravioli. I'm almost always hungry in the morning, but sometimes I can suppress it until noon, if needed.0

2oz blueberries
47g banana, sliced
