    Mon: 60 min walk
    Tues: 27 min elliptical. 45 min of weights, squats, abs
    Wed: 10 min row machine, 1 hr of weights, squats, abs

    Week # 1 – December 30th -- Goal 270 minutes:

    Mon: 0
    Tue: 0
    Wed: 60 min. walking my dog, 30 min elliptical, 5 min calisthenics = 95 min.
    Thur: 30 min. walking my dog, 5 min. calisthenics = 35 min.
    Fri: 45 min. walk, 5 min. calisthenics = 50 min.
    Sat: 60 min. walk, 5 min calisthenics, 20 min. elliptical= 85 min.
    Sun: 45 min. walking my dog, 20 min elliptical = 65 min

    Total / min left: 330/0


    Week # 1 – December 30th -- Goal 270 minutes:

    Mon: 15 min walk, 45 min kickboxing= 55 min.
    Tue: 15 min walking my dog= 15 min.
    Wed: 30 min. walking my dog, 30 min. elliptical = 60 min.

    Mon: 100 minutes -- 50 mins on challenges and T25 Total Body, and 50 minutes on a walking DVD.
    Tues: 89 minutes - 50 minutes on challenges and 39 minutes on the bike.
    Wed: REST DAY
    Thur: 140 minutes -- 90 on challenges and two T25 workouts and 50 mins walking 3.3 miles.
