Total weight lost: half a pound
So that's my weigh-in for January 10th! I'm a little disappointed, but also relieved that I haven't gained any weight. You can almost call this "maintaining" since the weight loss isn't that large (or maybe it's just fluctuations, and I haven't really lost anything?)... Anyways, wishing all of you luck with your monthly challenge! I'm still on board with losing 5 lbs by the end of the month! I CAN DO IT :-) For the last week, I didn't have the chance to keep up with my running schedule, but today I'm picking it back up again, along with some strength training and yoga.
Two-thirds of the month to go, and we're gonna see some nice results when it's over! ))0 -

Just for fun: By the end of 2014 I would like to be able to run 1 mile. I have no idea if this is realistic or not. Either under estimating myself or perhaps over estimating myself.0 -

Lonasue - if you put your mind to it, you will reach your goal! If you need encouragement, just look here I started on with 7 minutes on a recumbent bike in September, and already I'm doing 15 - 20 miles in a spinning class. I feel stronger than ever! If something like running is what you love to do, then nothing will stop you. I found with exercise, that's what works for me.0 -
