5'5 & 5'6 women what is your goal weight?

Im 35 years old. I'm 5'6. Started in January at 208#. Currently 161. Looking to get to 145-150. My daily calories are 1500 - I am human and have "bad days" and make poor choices. I run 2-3 times a week and just joined the YMCA.
Looking to add friends with open diaries and log consistently.0 -
5'6" here, the least I've ever weighed was 132 lbs, but that was really hard to maintain. I was probably only eating 900-1200 cal a day and burning at leats 500 a day. So, a healthy/maintainable goal for me is 140-150, or a size 11 pant. I'm just not made to be smaller than that. And I look freaking hot at that weight anyway.0

5'5.75 here. Current weight is around 155-158 and I think I will be good at around 140. I've got a lot of muscle mass ;]0

ideal weight for me is 130.i do need to work out thou to maintain the 29 inch waist.0

I'm 62 and 5ft 6, currently 149. Was originally aiming for a BMI under 25 but now I'm there I'm aiming for between 140 and 145 - think I can maintain this; when I was younger I used to maintain about 126 but I think its probs a bit low now.x0

5'5.5 here. 41.. Currently 137ish and goal is 125. I look best around 118 but feel best around 130 so I'm picking in the middle of that.0

I'm 5'6" with a medium frame and big boned. My goal is about 145 lbs (65 kg) solid. Right now I swear my scale is stuck at 70.8, it hasn't moved during the morning weigh in in forever! I'm at about 23% body fat hoping to lose a couple of percentage points, I've been doing mainly cardio (les mills body attack, corework, body pump) with some circuit weight training. I'm just uncoordinated enough that I don't trust myself with free weights!0

I'm 52 and a breast cancer survivor, my goal weight is 160. I'm doing it 5lbs at a time come on 185!!!!0

it depends on your body shape. For me I have a medium to large frame and bigger bones and significant muscle mass in my legs due to skiing as a child, at 130 I'd be positively anorexic looking. Even when I weighed 140 it was tough and I was way too skinny. I wear a size 6-8 pant (US), due to my hip bones and I need enough meat on me to hold up the pant. There's certain engines where you can input your measurements (hip, waist, bust, height, weight, body fat percentage) and it will tell you what your "goal" should be.0

50, 5'6. currently 150, size 6. Was low 130's 5 years ago but everyone said I looked pointy....happy to maintain my weight. Highly recommend including weight training to any program - weight becomes irrelevant as you build muscle and tighten up.0

im 5'5", I've never been skinny so I have no idea. I set mine at 153 to make it a 125 loss. But other than that I have no idea what will look best for my body..0

right now i am not very muscular and I would like 125 or 120. When I am lifting and doing toning exercises I look good at 130. I hope to get to 120 ish then start lifting heavier and wouldn't mind seeing my number on the scale go up.
It also depends on your bone structure though.

150-145 I have never been smaller than that and I thin that would be a good size for me being that I really don't wanna be too skinny.0

I have a very small frame and still look chubby at 1320 -
I'm 5'6 and small to medium boned....im 139 and would like to tone up more and get to maybe 133/135...im more focused on losing the jiggle....or skinny fat....LOL0

5'5.5" here...Currently 137 and did the BodPod which said I was 25% BF (supposed to be super accurate). Would like to get under 22% BF which if you do very rough math would be about 5lbs of fat mass that needs to go...so aiming for 130. Been stuck btwn 135-137 for months now.0

I'm 31 and 5'5" and doing a restart, I got down to 130 (goal was 125) for my wedding then put everything back on (plus a couple of extra pounds for good measure lol) as I stopped "dieting" after the wedding.
This time round my goal is 130 again and 125 is my UGW which was my weight at 19 and when I felt my best, I've been as low as 116 before when I was 18 (due to stress) but it didn't look good on me. I'm currently 146.5 but carry an unhealthy amount of bellyfat0
