1/12/14 - 4.25 mile run/walk mix (3 mile run + 1.25 mile walk) outside

Woohoo! A balmy 41 degrees, and lots of slush/mud (first "mud run" of 2014?)! Was able to ditch the crampons & really stretch my legs :-)

1.3 miles yesterday, was trying for 4 with the jogger home from ballet class, but the wind was impossible, had to take the train .

1/12; 3.5 on the treadmill...tried to get outside on the rail trail but it was still covered in ice. Spring can't come soon enough! That's 22.72 miles for January - 37.28 miles to go to reach my goal of 60!0
