    Adding 4.25 more for today...

    1/2/14 - 3 mile run on treadmill + 1 mile walk around track
    1/6/14 - 1 mile run (cut short due to son's trumpet lesson ending early)
    1/7/14 - Step Aerobics Class
    1/8/14 - 3 mile run on treadmill + 1 mile walk (+ stairs between laps) around track
    1/12/14 - 4.25 mile run/walk mix (3 mile run + 1.25 mile walk) outside

    Woohoo! A balmy 41 degrees, and lots of slush/mud (first "mud run" of 2014?)! Was able to ditch the crampons & really stretch my legs :-)

    1.3 miles yesterday, was trying for 4 with the jogger home from ballet class, but the wind was impossible, had to take the train .

    10.5 easy miles today.

    1/12; 3.5 on the treadmill...tried to get outside on the rail trail but it was still covered in ice. :( Spring can't come soon enough! That's 22.72 miles for January - 37.28 miles to go to reach my goal of 60!

    Short and (for me) fast run today: 0.75 miles in 8:32 (pace of 11:23).
    Runs are outside. Most of my exercise is on a mini-bike, not represented here.

    Week 1 = 3.5 miles walked + 4 miles run

    Week 2
    1/13 = 1.5 mile walk + 4 mile run

    ETA: I've been nursing a knee injury, but it feels pretty good after today's run, so still shooting for the goal.
