    Wow everyone is doing well and getting those miles in.

    Jan 1= 3.2
    Jan 3= 3.2
    Jan 8=3.5
    total 9.9

    Didn't covered the required 12.5 miles last week to reach my 50 mile January target, will do better this week.

    Hanging in there! 100 miles is an aggressive goal for me and my body is feeling tired, but I'm sticking to it and haven't missed a scheduled day. I am getting stronger every day :)

    Off to a slow start thanks to the cold and my lack of motivation... but still determined to get to 60 by the 31st...

    1/6/14 - 1 mile run (cut short due to son's trumpet lesson ending early)
    1/8/14 - 3 mile run on treadmill + 1 mile walk (+ stairs between laps) around track

    17.3miles thus far!

    22.3 miles now! I did 5 today.

    Very easy run today after the stomach bug from H3LL yesterday.

    January total 13.5. Off to a slow start but it will pick up when I'm feeling a bit better.
