Crisps, specifically pringles or kettle chips. I can easily eat a full tub/sharing bag in one go. That said i'm also partial to a bag of walkers/tyrells/squares/wotsits....well you get the idea

Oh and wine. Love wine...and gin, vodka, cider....Okay i like alcohol in general which then makes me eat more

French fries, sweet foods (usually), (sometimes) going out to eat

Usually my biggest slip ups are on the weekend

Crunchy things that comes in small bite size. I can eat a piece of cake or two and stop myself, telling myself that I have eat enough. Yet, when it comes to small bite size things, it just feel like its calorie should not be added up much, but it does. -__-

after just, ridiculous amounts of time doing this (this is my second major weight loss in 11 years and there was a 7 year maintenance in the middle) I have learned to not crave sweets very much, and not be addicted to carbs, and not be in the habit of zombie-like munching. I don't have snacks in front of the TV, and I don't go crazy with food at parties. BUT, I have transformed into a fat & protein addict. I crave meat and cheese pretty much every day. I have to work to limit my protein most of all.

    1. Chocolate 2. Cookies (the dominos type) 3. Cakes

Going to my parents house or being in a place where food is forced upon me. There are only soo many times you have the willpower to say no.......

Weekends without structure can throw me off track.
Cookies (I know how to bake a dozen of a number of different cookies just off the top of my head) on the weekend
    Really good bread in restaurants.

Basically food in general. And not enough activities.
