    Busy all week then a sore throat and no energy by Thursday.

    Sun: 35 min treadmill, 23 min walking dogs and 40 min weight lifting.

    Week # 1 – December 30th -- Goal 350 minutes/12 miles walking + strength training. Actual: 62min. Missed by 288min and 8.6 miles due to influenza.
    Week # 2 -- January 6th -- Goal 240 minutes/12 miles walking. Actual: 133min. Missed by 107min and 8.28 miles. Will get back in gear this coming week.

    So I'm not thrilled with this week. It was an awful week at work and an exhausting one at home - I keep reminding myself that just over 100 minutes of exercise is more than I used to do and next week will be better.
