    Just for fun: What major exercise goal do you have for 2014 and how will it impact your weight? My main exercise goal is to be able to run a 5k in May. We are in the dead of winter so I won't start running until March. I think that it will help my weight. It will be one more way for me to burn calories and stay on track.

    Not a bad start. Need to keep going.

    1/15 so I have made some progress. I feel really good about this considering the stress I have been under. My mom has been in the hospital. Really frustrating. They see she is 92 yo and has dementia, so no matter what her mental status they blow it off, unless of course her confusion causes problems.

    I just found this group, and I think it's fantastic! Is it okay if I join late? I've been consistently weighing in and tracking the weight on MFP all month, so I can still use those numbers (I just shifted the dates by 1 to Monday instead of Sunday).

    Just for fun: What major exercise goal do you have for 2014 and how will it impact your weight? I'm counting my steps every day. I got a Fitbit for Christmas, and it's really helping me focus on my daily activity. My goal is just to MOVE. And I'd really love to do a 5k this year in less than an hour.

    I AM THE SAME ON THE SCALE BUT I STARTED GOING TO THE GYM TODAY. I EXERCISED ONE HOUR WITH 40 MINUTES IN MY CARDIO HEART RATE ZONE :) I WILL KEEP THIS UP AND START TO LOSE.

    Stephanie 30 years old 5'2. I have two little girls 3 and 10 months. I'm looking to eventually get back down to 125. I'm trying to get my diet squared away then get back in to exercising again. Although chasing around children is quite the exercise in itself.... leaves me exhausted at the end of the day. Anybody with the same stats as me feel free to add me.     If I could just get the scale to budge in the downward direction on my weigh in day, I would be soooooo happy!! been stuck for two weeks. I'm in though!!

    As you see i gain weight back and it happened over night! I think it might have to do with water retention from high levels of sodium in something I ate the night before. Lesson learned!

    My fitness goal this year is to be able to do 20 push-ups! Lol as fit as I've ever been I've never been able to do more than 1! So hopefully ill gain some upper body strength this year :)

    Luvthemouse- I too love biking! Happy biking when you back on it! :)
