As I near the 50 lbs mark, I've grown philosophical about the process. So many people ask my "secret." My answer is the same: no secret, just burn more calories than you consume. PERIOD. It all boils down to that. If you aren't exercising, eat at TDEE-80% to be aggressive. Exercising: Yay, more ice cream! Not rocket science.0 -
