    Hello, please add me to your support group, I'm new and would love the friends. My current weight is 180 lbs. and I would love to drop to 140. Was going to do the Camino de Santiago trail this year but have to postpone. Nevertheless I want to get fitter and have made a good start but have lost momentum and need to maintain the motivation.     I don't have a weight goal, but I want to look good. I have some middle to lose. I would like to see 190, but a shift in fat/muscle ratio.

    I would love to be part of a support group. I need to loose many pounds. My current weight is 235, and somehow I want to go back to my original self 150. I know I have a long road and I am not in a big rush, but I need to start doing it now. At this point in my life I am finding it difficult to walk for more than 10 minutes without trouble. My feet hurts badly. I need to change and I know I cannot do it alone.
