    You are an inspiration, HOW did you do it? No family undercutting your efforts?

    On the contrary...I have the most loving and supportive hubbie who knows how to encourage me and make me feel empowered, when I am discouraged. My sweetheart, Pastor Special Ed, has been a part of this journey since that first day in surgeon's office. Ed even decided to improve his health and has lost about 50 pounds as well.

    Also- I sent your story to my grandmother, who is 75 and suffering from very similar health problems due to her weight. Thank you providing motivation and hope for those who think that it's impossible.
