You hate the Divergent series?! Really? I love, love, love it!
I'm also a Jane Austin fan, also. I bought a book that contains a collection of her books from the library for a buck or two. I have read most of her stuff, but not Mansfield Park, yet. I really should read it!0 -
Just finished 'How to Write A Lot' and now on 'The Craft of Research". Because I'm in grad school and have no idea what I'm suppose to be doing.
Next up: 'Integrating Science and Policy'.

Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte0
-
The Bicycle Diaries by David Byrne. Makes me want to travel and listen to the Talking Heads.0
-
"A General History of the Pyrates" by Daniel Defoe, or not, seems there's confusion as to whether he actually wrote it, as it's going on 300 years since it was written I'm pretty sure the definitive answer is lost. Whoever wrote it lived during the era, so it is pretty accurate although sometimes I need an "English to Ye Olde English" dictionary!0

1) The Calorie Myth by Jonathan Bailor (It will blow your mind, I'm serious!)
I'm reading this too, and it is amazing, I've not quite to the part where he starts talking about what to do, just the part about establishing the science.
Have you been implementing these ideas yet?
Cheers!
I'm reading this too although I think I already knew most of the content from listening to his smarter science of slim podcast. If you haven't checked that out then you really should. It will change your life!
I reset my ticker in January but last year I lost 20lb by educating myself through this podcast and eating loads more than I ever have. It's really easy to change habits when you understand the science behind it.
The podcast is much better than the book actually - as the interaction between him and co host Carrie Brown is really great. And her recipes on her website are great too.
I'm never looking back xxx0 -
I'm not a reader, but i'm going on holiday in march and I got a Kindle fire for christmas, so i've downloaded a few to read on holiday,0

The Laurel Heights series from Kate Perry is good if you like a bit of romance that isn't trashy. Story lines are good, love the characters, and they are a quick read.
Currently reading Takdownn Twenty- newest in the Stephanie Plum novels- Janet Evanovich is great.
When finished with that, I will read Divergent. ????
Edited to add: I read the entire series of Vampire Diaries last summer. LOVE THEM. And I got the impression Twilight was loosely fashioned after the Vampire Diaries :noway: I love both, but got way into the Vampire Diaries.0 -
