    Sorry guys i'm a day late to weigh in. But stayed the same this week. Have had a crappy week as have got myself a chest infection and have decided to turn to comfort foods and rest. But back on track once it has gone....I promise.

    I didn't weigh in today and I'm not gonna! .. but I'll try to post tomorrow. I've been eating pretty unhealthy so there will probably be a gain :/

    I am the same as you...I have eaten unhealthy too and did not weigh yesterday. But braved the scales today and put on a pound....hey ho, I'm back on track now though.

    Hope you weigh well.

    Up 0.5 lbs. Thank goodness it wasn't more! I've only been to the gym once the past almost 2 weeks and haven't been tracking all my food. I've been eating a "decent amount of calories" except on halloween, but when i'm not logging it's really easy for me to go over my daily calories and I'm sure I did a few days.

    Hope everyone else has a better weigh-in. Definitely need to hit the gym tonight!

    Put on a pound this week, but too be fair have been over doing it!!!

    Once I am feeling better I will hit the gym again

    Sorry I'm 2 days late for weigh-in (hectic week). I just weighed in at 137.5...so a loss of 1.5 lbs, sweet!

    169 11/17/10 da-um up a couple lbs, way too many diet cokes again and coffee with flavored creamer trying to stay warm in this cold office!

    Wenesday again...stayed the same this week. Think i am eating more due to the cold weather and moving less coz it's freezing outside. Will try to up my game this week.
