3 minutes to hot, satisfying breakfast.
Cream of Wheat, 2.5 - 3 minutes on the stove. 110 calories.

While this is simmering stir a couple times and I heat in microwave a cup of frozen 3 berry mixture. 70 cal.
Sprinkle a little splenda on each layer in bowl.
Over hot fruit pour cereal and top with no fat Greek yogurt. Half cup is 65. Cal.

    This sounds yummy!

You can make mini omelettes in advance. I do that often, I put them in muffins tray and make about a dozen. Then just reheat in microwave in the morning or eat cold.
    Yogourt and fruits.
Healthy cereal not packed with sugar.
You can also substitute milk for almond milk

Mini omelettes in muffin trays! Genius!!

Just wanted to say again the omelette in muffin tins is an awesome idea!
I have bags of frozen onion/pepper mix and I'll be making some of these tonight!

I know off topic but my sister makes meatloaf in muffin tins as well I need to start utilizing them a lot more!

as someone who doesn't eat meat. and needs all the protein I can get, I LOVE toast with cottage cheese and avocado slices on top. It's really flavorful, and I don't feel the need to add salt or butter.

I cook a week worth of steel cut oats in the crockpot and then put in the freezer. Than all I have to do is throw in the microwave, add greek yogurt, protein powder and a banana!!

ETA: I also like greek yogurt pancakes with syrup and a banana.

I used to love oatmeal or yogurt, then I found out I am intolerant to gluten and dairy. So now it's fruit fruit fruit!

Oats don't contain gluten (or dairy), so you just need to find a brand that doesn't have cross-contaminants during processing (although that likely will be more expensive).

An egg McMuffin with Canadian bacon is only 300 calories. I had two for breakfast this morning since they're such low calorie items.

I have a few that I love and they are easy.

    Breakfast Smoothie:
8 oz skim (or almond) milk
4 oz vanilla low fat greek yogurt
berries (I usually do strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, but sometimes I use blackberries or even a half a banana)
    a few leaves of spinach
    Blend in food processor
Around 300 calories and VERY filling. Sometimes I even add in a scoop of protein powder.

    Breakfast Sandwich:
    1 whole grain english muffin
    1 egg
    1 turkey sausage patty
    290 calories

    Baked Hashbrown Breakfast:
    Makes about 18
    1lb shredded potatoes
    4 eggs
    chopped onions
4 strips turkey bacon, chopped (raw)
    1/4 cup shredded mild cheddar
    Optional: 4oz cream cheese

Mix it all together, then stuff into muffin pan (I use non-stick spray)
Cook at 350 for ~30 minutes or until hasbrowns start getting crispy

Around 55 calories each, about 85 each if you add the sour cream.
