Hola Everyone! I just rejoined MFP about 2 weeks ago to finally reach my goal weight. Ive lost 125 lbs (within a 3 year span) prior to me joining MFP... just to give you alittle background about myself. Since i've rejoined MFP i've lost 6 lbs so im already on the right track.... I'm game! 30 is my current goal, long term is closer to 80, though. ^_^ I'm down about 20 lbs the last few months, but that was with no effort, so something changed in my environment, and I've got no idea what it was. I've stabilized at my current weight, so now is the push to keep losing!0

I just joined MFP two days ago, and already am reaping the benefits. Being more accountable for what you eat by seeing how many calories are in all the little things you eat has been very enlightening. My starting goal is to lose 50 lbs, but eventually I am going to lose about 80 total. Just joined a gym this weekend, learning about fitness and healthy choices for things we eat. I was 181 lbs on 1/18/2014 - I want to lose 50 lbs by this fall. I am very motivated but always in fear of losing sight of the goal. My excersice has not been regular but been pretty good with cals (under 1200 cals) - I am now 177 ibs - 4 down 46 more to go.
I was 187lbs but now weigh 181lbs (as of 1/19/2014) and want to lose 50lbs too - how uncanny is that! My exercise routine is quite good but only because my cousin and I are losing weight together and I have been good with calories ( under 1200 cals too). I am also very motivated!
