Sunday was a blackened grouper sandwich on cheddar jalapeno baguette with guacamole and a side of sauteed squash and zucchini.
Monday was fennel garlic pork chops in the slow cooker with mashed potatoes and sauteed green beans.
Tonight my husband is out of town so probably grilled cheese and tomato soup with the kids.0 -
