From my starting weight to now, lost 7 lbs,; however, starting to feel a little hungry at different times of the day, something I didn't notice early on. Maybe I need to go back and look at what I was eating when I wasn't feeling hungry. Hopefully I can regain some of that happy, happy, joy, joy kind of feeling and keep on plugging!0 -

I'm trying to work my way back into running. I used to be able to run 7 miles, now I can barely run 1 so, i'm in it to win it and i miss it so much. I'll stay at one mile until I feel comfortable raising it to 1.5.0

I have been bouncing back and forth from 156-159 since October --- vacation and the holidays were not good to me... Well, really I wasn't good to myself.
I've finally getting back into my work out routine. I need some heavier dumbbells though! I want to workout at least 3 times a week. I love the Power Circuit Training with Jackie Warner DVD -- it has changed my body so much!!0 -

Well, it doesn't look like I'll be losing any weight before I leave for Mexico on Saturday. :laugh: No worries. As long as I can maintain over the weekend and not come back heavier I'll be okay. I know how to play this game. Eat at a moderate deficit for the next few days (500 calorie +), then any surplus I have the five days I'm on vacay should be absorbed. Luckily, I expect to be pretty active and vow to drink mostly mojitos instead of margaritas.:drinker:
I will stay in this challenge because I like being liable, but If I can drop to 128 lbs I will be happy.

Just for fun: What major exercise goal do you have for 2014 and how will it impact your weight? I want to shoot for at least 5000 steps per day (hopefully more.) I will get up every class period for at least 10 minutes and walk. I will take a longer route to & from the cafeteria and other places on campus. I will not just chill out on the couch at night either.

I am not losing weight, but gaining grrr! I joined a gym and exercise 1 hr. I have not missed a day at the gym in the last 6 days. I am eating more than I usually do, so basically I am eating back the calories I am burning. From now on, I will drink tea to fill me up and stop doing that so I can lose some weight. Just crappy feeling but at least I am telling you how it is for me not losing. I have it on good authority from fellow MFP friends who are being successful losing weight, not to stress about this weight gain because I am working out this is probably water retention. If my weight drops tomorrow morning then I will update my post here. (I am wishing and hoping and drinking lots of tea!)0 -
