Good advice all around I would just add you could pick up a few kettle bells which could really help diversify your at home workouts as they are fairly small and easy to store and there are a ton of ways to use them to work all the different muscle groups ..... Good luck. Also you might want to look up casein protein powders as a good night snack to help with muscle recovery and growth while you sleep ... It's just a different protein than whey and because of that your body takes longer to digest it ... Thus making it a good choice as you go off to sleep for eight hours
ehh ive heard mixed things about casein but it does make sense. i might look it it if i can afford it0
