    SW - 165.6 lbs.
    CW - 160.6 lbs.
    GW - 152.6 lbs.

    My weigh-in is usually on mondays though.

    Thanks for setting up this group! I'm looking to connect with others for support and motivation. Have been struggling to get back into a workout routine since before the holidays. I've been letting exams and illness "distract" me. Haven't weighed in for a while, as my scale is acting up. Guess I really should invest in a new one.

    Am starting over and want a brand new challenge and new inspiration. If I'm faithful logging in here this month I may lose the weight I've been struggling with, want to lose almost 20 pounds. Would welcome old friends and new.

    The weather here in Edmonton, AB Canada is colder than some parts of the world, and there's snow and ice on the sidewalks and roads. My doctor doesn't want me to run outside in the wintertime, so I've signed up for Running Room's indoor clinic. We have treadmills in a small gym here in the building where I live, so I can use the treadmill indoors until spring. Hope to lift weights, too, and perhaps in the spring learn to ride my bicycle.

    I'm starting a month-long trial at a boot camp gym this week so hoping to kick it up a notch!! Currently I'm doing the C25K program on my treadmill and yoga twice a week so it will be a real test!

    Ugh the weather lol. I do live in Texas but our mornings we have been getting down into the 20's so it does affect my morning walks (as I walk at 5am). But I have been staying busy with good old cadio DVD's :-)

    Losing 5 in Feb would make it an even 20 for the fall/winter so far. That would be great, but still not bikini weight. :love:

    For Fun: What has been the most interesting part of the weather for you and how does it affect your ability to exercise? To answer this question, I live in Georgia and this last snow episode absolutely threw my weight loss under the bus! :sick: I just stayed inside and ate a lot with my husband, thus gaining weight rather than dropping it. It was beautiful, but now it's time to get back on track.

    I absolutely love storms. Love 'em. They don't tend to mess up my exercise plans though, as we don't get them that often. I've yet to have snow since my new exercise regime so I don't know how that will mess me up!
