    Feb 3rd ~ 35 mins cross trainer, 45 mins strength training, 35 mins treadmill.
    Feb 4th ~ 3 mile run outside, 26 mins. Total 141mins

    Here we go again - Month 2 of a new year!!

    24 hours = 1,440 minutes

    2/01 .............................walked 3.75 pace (average) for 60 minutes
    2/02 ............................. ran 7.25 miles (avg pace 9'35") for 69 minutes, walked cool down for 8 minutes Total for day: 75 minutes
    2/03 ..............................shoveling snow (yet again) - for 70 minutes Total for day 130 minutes
    2/04 ..............................ran 4.15 miles (avg pace 9'55") for 41 minutes, walked cool down for 9 minutes. Total for day 50 minutes

    Total Done: 315 minutes
    Total Left: 1,125 minutes

    2/3: 2 hours 15 minutes (Zumba and Treadmill)
    2/4: 2 hours 30 minutes (PT, Stretching, Treadmill and Beachbody Hip Hop Abs)

    Total: 8 hours 30 minutes
    Left: 15 hours 30 minutes

    Busy day today, but got it all done!! PHEW!! :love:

    02/02 - 225 minutes (HM ran and a little extra, 13.57 miles completed in total)
    02/03 - Rest Day (recouping from yesterday's run)
    02/04 - 65 minutes (spinning & weight training)

    Total Time Done: 290
    Total Time Left: 1150

  • My Personal Weekly Challenge, I will time them starting now:

    Wed 2/5/14: 3 (Stretch first) sets 12 squats, 3 sets of 12 full get ups, 3 sets of side leg lifts
    Thursday 2/6/14: Stretch - 15 minute elliptical, leg machine 90 pounds 12 reps, 15 minute stationary Bike Add 3lb kettle bells, 12 reps arm
    Friday 2/7/14: 14 Stretch, dance 15 minutes
    Saturday 2/8/14: 3 sets of each - 12 half getups, once 5 lb weights, once 3 lb weights, lying RT/LT leg lifts, 3 sets of 12 Flutter Kicks, 12 squats ( keep back straight, do not hunch)
    Sunday 2/9/14: rest
    Monday 2/10: (Stretch first) 3 sets 12 each - full get ups, 3 sets of side leg lifts, squats
    Tuesday 2/11: Stretch - 15 minute elliptical, leg machine 90 pounds 12 reps, 15 minute stationary Bike Add 3lb kettle bells, 12 reps arm
    Wednesday 2/12: Stretch, dance 15 minutes

    I just did 1 hour & after I was done, I thought "I don't KNOOOOOW???", but I got to. After I catch my breath I may change my mind..........
    treadmill: 30 minutes, 3.0 speed, 1.36 miles
    Heathrider: 10 minutes
    Elliptical: 20 minutes, .37 miles, @38 speed

    2/4: 22 Hours to go !!

    Health Rider 10 minutes
    Elliptical 20 minutes,
    last 5 minutes was so so hard,,,had to keep talking to myself "don't stop, don't stop, you can do this, you can do this" I made it !!:tongue:

    So good to see so many new faces and so many returning. I need to get going, been so cold. Plus it's a shorter month - I almost wonder if we should make it a couple hours less goal this month?

    I vote "NO"...although I know you may say, "yea you're almost half done". I just think this may push us even harder to get it done. It certainly can't hurt.

    I agree w/the above ^^ let's push hard & see what we end up with. We may surprise ourselves & exceed the regular goal even w/a short month.
