My Personal Weekly Challenge, I will time them starting now:
Wed 2/5/14: 3 (Stretch first) sets 12 squats, 3 sets of 12 full get ups, 3 sets of side leg lifts
Thursday 2/6/14: Stretch - 15 minute elliptical, leg machine 90 pounds 12 reps, 15 minute stationary Bike Add 3lb kettle bells, 12 reps arm
Friday 2/7/14: 14 Stretch, dance 15 minutes
Saturday 2/8/14: 3 sets of each - 12 half getups, once 5 lb weights, once 3 lb weights, lying RT/LT leg lifts, 3 sets of 12 Flutter Kicks, 12 squats ( keep back straight, do not hunch)
Sunday 2/9/14: rest
Monday 2/10: (Stretch first) 3 sets 12 each - full get ups, 3 sets of side leg lifts, squats
Tuesday 2/11: Stretch - 15 minute elliptical, leg machine 90 pounds 12 reps, 15 minute stationary Bike Add 3lb kettle bells, 12 reps arm
